Inspired by my own experiences with stigmas against talking openly about periods, I created an illustrated series based on a character design called Aunt Flo.

Aunt Flo is everyone’s distant, eccentric family member who you love to hate. My goal was to specifically reach young girls and show them the funny, embarrassing, yet totally normal changes that come with a visit from Aunt Flo.
